Melissa Glazewski and Vince Lia are the creators of the Dose of Food Meal Plans and your partners on this journey! Vince is the founder of VinceLia.com, the Fit From Food Academy and YouTube host. He was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and has seen the health benefits of eating a whole food plant-based diet. Melissa Glazewski, a plant-based personal chef in Los Angeles, healthy living advocate and creator of Forkin’ Plants. She has also healed herself through food and is very passionate about helping others do the same. Our goal with these meal plans is to combine our knowledge and expertise to help you take back your health and address specific areas of concern.

Yes! You can customize the meal plans and shopping list to meet your specific needs or preferences.

Definitely not! All these recipes are full of flavor and enough to satisfy your appetite.

ARE THERE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?
Yes! All the recipes included in the meal plan can be easily made gluten free with just a few substitutions. Most of them are also soy free, or easily can be made that way.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE MEAL PLAN COVER
Each meal plan is designed for 1 person and includes recipes for 3 meals per day for 7 days, with some of the meals being leftovers. However, you can easily double the recipe to accommodate 2 people.

DO I NEED TO BE A CHEF TO MAKE THE RECIPES
Absolutely Not! The recipes included in this meal plan are easy to make, even for someone who is not very experienced in the kitchen. And if you have any questions, just ask!

HOW MUCH TIME IS THIS GOING TO TAKE ME
We recommend that you spend some time reviewing the recipes, doing your shopping and batch cooking as much as you can the day before starting. This will save you a lot of time during the week and cut down on the actual cooking time during the week.

Every meal plan is unique. Some are designed to save you money, others focus on saving you time, and most are just for generally healthier eating. Ours combine all of these with our main focus being on creating plans for your specific needs and health concerns. This is something we found missing in the current meal plan world and well, here we are!

I COULD PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND BUY AN ENTIRE COOKBOOK
You're right, you could! And if you need any recommendations for some, let us know ;) We often find cookbooks valuable, but overwhelming. There is such a thing as too much information. Our meal plans are approximately 40 pages, designed for specific health concerns/goals so you're only purchasing the ones you want, and they lay out everything as simply as possible to help you reach your goals more easily. Plus, very few cookbooks offer community support with the author, like you'll find in our private Facebook Group!
